World Laughter Day was created in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder
of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. The celebration of World Laughter
Day is a positive manifestation for world peace and is intended to build
up a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter.
Its popularity has grown exponentially with that of the Laughter Yoga
movement (now present worldwide on all 5 continents).

There is all day parking for $6 in lot 5 south (or free is you arrive
early and find a spot on the street!)

What Is World Laughter Day?
World Laughter Day is a free, fun-filled community event that promotes
a happier and healthier lifestyle.
- Our concept is unique: we use laughter as a form of exercise for
physical and mental wellness. Any body can do it.
- There are scientifically proven benefits: laughter has both preventive
& therapeutic values.
- Stress is too expensive to be ignored: A playful approach to life
is a key factor in keeping healthy. Laughter puts anxiety on a back
burner for everyone.
- Expect a healthy, heartfelt and hilarious event!
